ABSTRACT

Flavonoid glycosides are the main active constituents of Epimedii Folium and its related plants. They can be divided into polyglycosides and low glycosides according to the number of glycosyl group. The polyglycosides of Epimedii Folium can be transformed into low glycosides after biotransformation ;pharmacological activities of low glycosides in anti-tumor ,tonifying kidney yang and anti-osteoporosis are stronger than those of polyglycosides. In this paper , the research progress about biotransformation technology of flavonoid glycosides of Epimedii Folium was reviewed. It was found that the main biotransformation pathway of flavonoid glycosides of Epimedii Folium was to obtain low glycosides by removing glycosyl group ; related methods were mainly enzymatic hydrolysis and microbial transformation ,and also included plant cell transformation ,acid hydrolysis method and synthesis method.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to study the accuracy of cardiopulmonary physiological parameters measurement under different exercise intensity in the accompanying (wearable) physiological parameter monitoring system. SensEcho, an accompanying physiological parameter monitoring system, and CORTEX METALYZER 3B, a cardiopulmonary function testing system, were used to simultaneously collect the cardiopulmonary physiological parameters of 28 healthy volunteers (17 males and 11 females) in various exercise states, such as standing, lying down and Bruce treadmill exercise. Bland-Altman analysis, correlation analysis and other methods, from the perspective of group and individual, were used to contrast and analyze the two types of equipment to measure parameters of heart rate and breathing rate. The results of group analysis showed that the heart rate and respiratory rate data box charts collected by the two devices were highly consistent. The heart rate difference was (-0.407 ± 3.380) times/min, and the respiratory rate difference was (-0.560 ± 7.047) times/min. The difference was very small. The Bland-Altman plot of the heart rate and respiratory rate in each experimental stage showed that the proportion of mean ± 2SD was 96.86% and 95.29%, respectively. The results of individual analysis showed that the correlation coefficients of the whole-process heart rate and respiratory rate data were all greater than 0.9. In conclusion, SensEcho, as an accompanying physiological parameter monitoring system, can accurately measure the human heart rate, respiration rate and other key cardiopulmonary physiological parameters under various sports conditions. It can maintain good stability under various sports conditions and meet the requirements of continuous physiological signal collection and analysis application under sports conditions.

ABSTRACT

Objective@#To understand physical fitness among students aged 13-18 years in Henan Province and its influencing factors.@*Methods@#Data of 21 785 students aged 13-18 years who participated in the national physical fitness surveys in Henan Province in 2014 were analyzed based on phyical fitness indicators and the questionnarie of physical exercise. The qualified rates of physical fitness indicators were evaluated based on the "National Students Constitutional Health Standards"(2014 revised edition).@*Results@#In 2014, the eligible rate for physical test was 85.6% for boys and 82.5% for girls. Higher eligible rate was observed among boys with sleep duration less than 7 hours, compared to those with higher than 7 hours, while lower eligible rate was more likely observed in boys who reported sweaty and tired in PE class(OR=0.76), sweay and extreme tired in PE class(OR=0.72). Higher eligible rate was more common among girls who attended exercise during recess 2-3 times per day (OR=1.18) compared to those attended exercises higher than 3 times per day. Lower eligible rate was more common among girls with sleep duration less than 7 hours (OR=0.88) and those with low attendance in school recess exercises(OR=0.77). Normal weight, living in urban area, sufficient and regular PE class, daily physical exercise for more than 1 hour, enjoying physical exercise and extracurricular sports activities or long-distance running activities have higher success rates(P<0.05).@*Conclusion@#There is a relatively high eligible rate of phyical fitness among middle school boys and girls in Henan Province. Physical fitness is related to multiple factors. These findings highlight the need to target physical fitness interventions with sufficient time allocation in PE class and physical activity so as to effectively promote the phyical quality of students.

ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the effect of applying functional movement screen (FMS) in the sport injury risk assessment of Chinese rugby athletes.Methods Rrugby athletes of Chinese national and provincial teams were selected and their data were collected using the standard FMS test.Their non-impact injury of the lower limbs and trunk were tracked and recorded.FMS diagnostic value and diagnostic cut-off value were evaluated using the receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) and odds ratio (OR).Results The area under curve of all,male and female rugby athletes was 0.780 (P=0.000),0.877 (P=0.001) and 0.7130 (P=0.013) respectively,with significant differences from AUC=0.5.FMS score optimal cut-off point of all,male and female rugby athletes corresponding to the maxi mum Youden index was 13.5,15.5 and 13.5 respectively.Among all,male and female rugby athletes,the injury rates of the positive group (with FMS score less than the corresponding optimal cutoff point) were significantly higher than that of the negative group (with FMS total score greater than a corresponding cut-off point)(P<0.01),and OR value of the positive group was 25.85 (95%CI:3.34~200.23),25 (95%CI:2.36~264.80) and 14.22 (95%CI:1.76~114.92) respectively.Conclusion In China,the average FMS score of rugby athletes had a strong correlation with non-contact sport injury,which might become an assessment index of non-contact sport injury risks.There is a significant difference in FMS score optimal cut-off points between the male and female rugby athletes,with that of the female being 13.5 points and the male being 15.5 points.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the subject domain knowledge of clinical education of pediatrics in our country with multivariate statistical analysis and social network study,research on the domain subject distribution and knowledge cluster,and then built visualized knowledge-mapping,so as to predict and guide the developmental trend in this field.Methods We searched the CNKI with MESH keywords (pediatrics OR children OR infants) AND clinical education OR bedside education OR interview of clinics in March,2013.679 articles were enrolled in and then imported into Bicomb.After core keywords had been identified by Bicomb,a word text matrix and co-occmrence matrix of words to articles were built.Systemic clustering of the co-occmrence matrix was finished by SPSS 20.0,leading the strategic plot to be built.Then draw visualized network in Ucinet 6.0.Results Totally 679 articles about pediatrics education were included.The number of core keywords was 66,and the lowest frequency of core keywords was 5.With multivariate statistical analysis and social network study,the visualized domain knowledge-mapping was successfully built,and it directly reflected the structure of subject knowledge-mapping of pediatric clinical education in our country,and then key clusters were formed,in which the clusters of participation model of clinical education and applications of clinical education had been well developed,and had been the dominant subject in pediatric clinical education.Whereas the unbalanced developed cluster of Exploration in refommtion of clinical education was now in rapid development with the introduction of new technology and innovative teaching model.At the same time,the nursing clinical education cluster has been separate cluster,but needed further and enhanced research.Conclusion The well developed subjects of participation model of clinical education applications of clinical education stood in the center of the subject do main knowledge-mapping,and with several clusters following.And the study of refomation of clinical education makes a great contribution to the progress of the subject.The nursing teaching needed balanced development.
